This policy covers software integrations operated by American Made Media Company, LLC ("AMMC") and its wholly owned subsidiaries, including the AMMC Warehouse Integration.

What these integrations are

AMMC's integrations are private, internal tools. They connect AMMC's own business systems (such as its own accounting company files) to AMMC's own internal data infrastructure. They are not offered, sold, or made available to any third party or member of the public.

What data is accessed

The integrations access business accounting records belonging solely to AMMC and its subsidiaries — vendors, bills, invoices, chart of accounts, and financial reports. They do not collect data from members of the public.

How data is used and shared

• Data is used exclusively for AMMC's internal accounting, reporting, and operations.
• Data is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party.
• Data is stored on infrastructure owned and controlled by AMMC.
